Forturo includes the option for the user to define their own fields. However this is not always adequate for all requirements and whilst we have made every effort to cater for most requirements, we are realistic enough and experienced enough to know that no matter how comprehensive the package is there is almost always a need for customisation. We always incorporate customisations into the existing package so there is only one package but include any such customisations as configuration options.
Our staff are experienced in many areas of business and can offer professional advice on solutions to your specific problems, how to best configure Forturo and in some cases how to change your business processes so they are more efficient and effective.
We do consider providing a customer-specific package, but in general we find, on closer inspection, that any changes can be incorporated within the current package.
